Rubbermaid Medical Solutions Partners with Tech Force for Best-in-Class Product
4/3/07 – Rubbermaid Medical Solutions (RMS) announced a partnership with Tech Force (www.techforce.net) to serve as the primary service resource for the company’s line of mobile computing and medication carts. In conjunction with this announcement, RMS will be providing next business day service for all standard service issues.
“We are excited to have Tech Force on board with us,” said Brandi Lasco, Service Coordinator for RMS. “Mobile computing cart companies have traditionally fallen down on post-sale support, and Tech Force’s expertise and nationwide field engineer network will allow us to drastically improve the model.”
Tech Force will be providing RMS’ clients with overnight parts shipping and on-site technicians the next business day when required. The service system is web-based (www.rubbermaidmedical.com/request-service), which allows RMS to track service performance and product quality by serial number/production date. This information enables the company to more quickly identify service trends that need to be addressed in product design or engineering.
